RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
Need to make a return or exchange? No problem!
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You have 14 days to return/exchange an item from the date you receive it.
All returns & exchanges are examined on a case-by-case basis.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
You must provide proof of purchase when returning/exchanging an item.
Stationery items, such as greeting cards, art prints, notepads, notebooks, and stickers are not eligible for return or exchange. These items are final sale.
Gift cards may not be returned.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund or exchange after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policy.
If you are exchanging an item, we will send you an invoice for any amounts owed for shipping or the difference in products, and ship your items out once we receive the payment.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are exchanging an item, you are responsible for paying the outgoing shipping cost of your new item.
We ARE NOT responsible for "lost" or returned items due to an incorrect shipping address. It is the buyer's responsibility to input the correct shipping address, and to double check shipping information on the Order Confirmation page, confirmation email, and also the shipping confirmation email.
If a package is returned back to us due to an incorrect address, we may refund you the cost of the items—but NOT the shipping cost. If you choose to have your items re-shipped, you will have to repay the shipping cost.
Sometimes, items get lost or delayed in transit via USPS. Unfortunately, we have no control over these issues, but will work with you as best we can to find or replace your items. We are not responsible for missing or delayed items due to USPS.
Please note - we do not request signatures for our shipments unless requested by the customer.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International shoppers: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
So far, we have shipped to dozens of international locations, including Canada, Australia, UK, Italy, France, Brazil, Japan, Mexico, Belgium, Spain, Sweden, Croatia, New Zealand, Dubai, Switzerland, Germany, Colombia, Singapore, and more!
We ship all our packages via USPS or UPS. Please allow at least 14 days for international deliveries, although this varies depending on how quickly (or slowly) your item passes through customs. We have had some packages delivered overseas in as little as 6 days, while others have taken 3 weeks. Please note: we are not responsible for any delay in shipment due to the customs process.
Please do not ask us to lower the costs of items on international invoices to avoid Customs fees. This is against the law and we will not honor your request to do so.
RUSH ORDERS
If you need an item by a certain date, please check with us BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER. Many of our items are HANDMADE or MADE TO ORDER and require additional production time. If you don't let us know that your order is urgent, we will never know.
