      SHIPPING / TRACKING / INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

      I placed my order 5 minutes ago, why haven't I received it yet?

      We try to pack and ship orders as soon as possible. Orders containing made-to-order items (cards and prints) generally take a bit longer for production. Sometimes, we may be backed up on orders and may require additional time for processing and packing. If you need your order ASAP, please contact us and we can speed it up for you. We are not Amazon and we do not guarantee two-day shipping.
       

      How will I know when my order has shipped?

      You will receive an email notification once your package ships with a tracking number. Please note that packages only start their journey during next day business hours. If you receive your shipment notification email at 11pm on a Tuesday night, that does not mean your package is in transit. It means it was boxed up and is ready to go out the next business day. Your package will begin its journey once it is in USPS' hands and scanned into their system. Please be patient.

      Post offices are closed on Saturdays after 1pm and all day Sunday. This means, we do not ship packages at these times. If you place an order on Saturday, chances are, it will ship out on Monday.

       

      How long will it take for my package to be delivered?

      This depends on where you are located. We are in NYC, so anything around the tri-state area generally takes about 1-2 days AFTER the package is received by USPS. Shipments across country to California, generally take about 3-4 days with Priority shipping. Standard First Class mail always takes a few days longer. We suggest if you ever need something quickly, always select PRIORITY or EXPRESS shipping.
      USPS offers overnight Express shipping, which guarantees next day delivery anywhere in the US, or your money back.


      Do you ship internationally?

      Yes. We ship all over the place.
       

      How much does international shipping cost?

      International shipping costs depend on the weight of your package. The only way to get an accurate shipping cost is to go to our website, add the items you'd like to your cart, and input the country the items will be traveling to. This will give you the shipping cost based on the weight of the items you selected. PLEASE NOTE - this shipping cost DOES NOT include any taxes or fees due to customs. The buyer is responsible for all customs fees and taxes that may apply.


      I live outside the US. When will I receive my order?

      According to USPS, international shipments sent with standard First Class International Mail, generally take at least 15 days. Many destinations do not offer tracking for First Class shipments.

      According to USPS, international shipments sent with Priority International Mail, take at least 8 days, with tracking.

      Your package may be held up in Customs, which will delay the shipping. Please allow plenty of time for transit when ordering internationally. If you need your package by a specific date, please check with us first to see if it is possible BEFORE ordering.
       

      USPS tracking says my package was delivered, but I can't find it. What do I do?

      Please contact your local post office regarding your package. Unfortunately, we cannot do anything in this case. We would have to file a claim with USPS for a missing package, which can take weeks. If the tracking says, 'delivered', we generally have no case against USPS. Please check with neighbors or ask your mailman to see if anyone can locate the package. Packages are scanned every step of the way, so if it says it was delivered to your address, it must be around there somewhere! 99.9% of the time in these cases, the package tends to show up.

       

      I'd like to pick up my order. Uhhh..where are you located?

      CUSTOM ORDERS

      None of your items look like my Frenchie. Can you create something custom just for me?

      Yes! What makes French Bulldog Love so special, is the ability to offer one-of-a-kind items that look just like your unique Frenchie. If you don't see a Frenchie design that looks like your pup, just send us an email and we can help you out. Once you let us know what type of design you'd like and what items you'd like to customize, we'll send you an estimate and get started.

       

      Wait, how do custom orders work?

      We can customize pretty much anything you see in our shop. We can create custom illustrations, and then apply the custom artwork to fleece blankets, beach towels, tote bags, art prints, greeting cards, note cards, pillows, mugs, stickers, and more. Just send us an email to get started.

       

      How much do custom orders cost?

      Every custom order is different and prices vary. Please contact us for an estimate regarding your custom request.

       

      How long does it take to complete a custom order?

      That depends. We receive so many custom requests, that it generally takes about 4-6 weeks before we can even begin working on it. There is almost always a line out the door for custom orders. Please be patient, as these take time. If you need something ASAP, we can bump you to the top of the list (for a fee, of course).

      Again, all custom requests are different, so if you're interested in a project, the best way to get your answers would be to email us directly for a timeline and an estimate.

       

      Helloooooo.. I emailed you last week. Why haven't you responded yet?

      If you have emailed us and are currently awaiting a reply, we genuinely apologize for the delay and thank you for being so patient. We do our best to reply to customer emails as quickly as possible, but tend to fall behind. We generally respond to emails within a few hours, but sometimes it may take a day or two to get back to you. If a week passes and you have not received a response, please resend the email and we will get back to you ASAP. Also - please be nice.

       

      FRENCH BULLDOG LOVE PRODUCTS

      Oh no, you're sold out! Will you be restocking soon?

      Most likely, yes! Many of our items sell out quickly. This is good for us, but bad for you. We are always working on restocking our items. If something is sold out, it generally will be restocked within 2-3 weeks. If there is something specific you're waiting for, please send us an email and we will see how we can get it to you as quickly as possible.

       

      How big are your fleece blankets? Will they keep two humans and a Frenchie cozy?

      We offer our fleece blankets in three different sizes.

      Our small measures approximately 30x40 inches and functions purely as a pet blanket or a baby blanket. These are not big enough to cover large humans.

      Our large blanket measures approximately 50x60 inches and functions nicely as a throw blanket on the couch.

      Our XL blankets are magical. They measure approximately 60x80 inches (same size as a queen-size bed) and are big enough for the whole family. Did we mention how soft these things are? You're going to love it.

       

      Oh no, our blanket/towel/tote is dirty. Can we wash it?

      Of course! Please refer to the care label attached to the item. Blankets and beach towels can be machine-washed on gentle. In fact, the blankets and beach towels get fluffier with each wash. We recommend washing your beach towel (on gentle) before your first use to achieve ultimate fluffiness.

      We suggest spot cleaning your tote bags, although some customers have had success washing their totes inside-out on gentle with very mild detergent. Wash at your own risk!

      Unfortunately, no. At this time, we do not offer any sponsorships or ambassador program.  We do, however, encourage you to share any photos of your pup with French Bulldog Love gear on Instagram and tag #shopFBL. We very often re-post customer photos and tag you for credit. This is a great way for you to gain followers, while helping us spread French Bulldog Love to fellow Frenchie lovers.

      Please do not tag us or message us asking for a shout out. We love you, but we don't do that.

      We are constantly working on new designs and fun new products for our amazing customers. Please check the shop for any new products. We generally feature them on the homepage in the "Brand New in the Shop" section.

       

      Where is French Bulldog Love located? Do you have a storefront?

      French Bulldog Love currently operates out of our Brooklyn studio in Industry City. It's not exactly a storefront, but we do have inventory available to browse and shop. You can even order online and pick-up in person to avoid shipping fees. Just use code NYCPICKUP at checkout. Please contact us BEFORE you plan to pick up your items or pop in for a visit. Our schedule varies and we are not in the studio every day, so please make an appointment before you plan to stop by!

      Romeo is soooo cute! Is he really the world's biggest Frenchie?

      As far as we know, yes! We have yet to find (or hear of) any Frenchies that even come close to his size. And we know A LOT of Frenchies. He currently weighs in at a healthy, solid 50lbs. He is not fat, or overweight. He was a big boy, even as a wee little puppy.
