'TIS THE SEASON for shipping delays!
AHH - it's the most wonderful time of the year.
Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your order in time for Christmas.
Romeo and I are doing our best to pack and ship orders as quickly as possible. We are currently running at a same day/1 day shipping time on all orders.
BUT - not everything on our site is in stock/ready to ship from our studio. Which means, some items are made-to-order and require additional production time from our production partner.
The following items may not be delivered before Christmas:

- We carry a small selection of tote bags in our studio, so please email us to make sure we have the one you want in stock. Otherwise, it will be made-to-order and will require additional time.

Please understand that USPS is experiencing unprecedented delays with the overwhelming amount of online orders this season, and under-staffing due to COVID. It's a wild combination, and we are all just doing our best to get through it.
FAQ REGARDING ORDERS:
WHERE IS MY ORDER?!
If you placed an order and it hasn't arrived yet, please refer to your tracking link for more information. We do our best to ship items out as quickly as possible. (By "we" I mean me, as this is a solo operation. Please be patient. USPS is experiencing major delays in shipping. They are overwhelmed and understaffed. They are not scanning packages at every checkpoint. Please keep this in mind if your package has not been updated in a few days. It's IN TRANSIT. Please be patient. Your package will arrive soon.
WILL I GET MY ORDER BEFORE CHRISTMAS?
If your order is already in, I really, really want to say YES. But, it's in USPS's hands and unfortunately, I can't guarantee anything on their behalf. All we can do is cross our fingers and pray to the Frenchie gods that it arrives on time. If 30 days pass and your package is still not delivered, please contact us and we will sort out a resolution.
If you are just now placing an order, PLEASE CHOOSE PRIORITY OR EXPRESS. Please do not select standard or free shipping and expect your package to fly there overnight. I may pack it up immediately, but USPS does not process or prioritize First Class Mail, as they do with Priority or Express, no matter how quickly I get it out.
Standard First-class shipping moves at Romeo speed. Sloooowwwww mooottiooooonnnn.
Priority moves at Romeo speed when he hears a crinkle wrapper. A slight pep in the step.
EXPRESS is how quickly Romeo falls asleep after breakfast. IF YOU BLINK, YOU'LL MISS IT.
We are also shipping many bigger packages via UPS, as they tend to be more reliable with their logistics.
